About Me

This is a little something me and my daughter built, and are continuing to grow. It started as some quality time and is slowly growing to much more! We are so excited to personalize something for everyone! Please feel free to check out my TikTok page, and view my gallery here as well!

My Story

We all have a passion. This is mine! What started as an after-work hobby, has turned into a second income, and a world of fun for my daughter and I! One day I woke up feeling sad that all I ever did was work, work, work! I wanted to do something with my daughter that she would always remember, and maybe make a little extra money on the side. Then it hit me! I began doing research on the market, seeing if I would even be able to launch this idea. Luckily, I was able to start off with items that were on sale, and next thing I knew, I had everything I needed. I got 5 Tumbler orders placed for My Girl within the first week of "Starting up"! And the rest is history :)

I named this business "My Girl" because this is a joint activity for my daughter and I both, and she is My Girl :)
All of the proceeds from My Girl are directed towards Eliza's medical fund.

My Daughter

Eliza, the light of my life!
We have been through hell and back!
When she was just one, her father and I got divorced. I was in cosmetology school full time, but had to drop out since our income was cut. Since then, we have been through a series of moves (yes, back to my parents a couple times!), a handful of job and school changes, but we finally seemed to break even this year of all years. I have health complications, so working a full time job was really difficult for me.
Now I have a full time job working at the local highschool as a lunch lady! We were both able to move out of my parents house after a full year of living there, into our very own apartment. The accomplishments she and I have made on our own are none like any I'd have thought.

Earlier this year, Eliza was diagnosed with ADHD, and recently diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder.
Her father is not actively in her life due to legalities and his own choices, so I have been "raw-doggin it", if you will, completely on my own.
I'm so grateful I'm able to take care of her needs while also taking care of my own.
In a couple of months we will finally be able to travel to Children's Mercy in Kansas City to get Eliza evaluated and get better medical care specified to her!
We are thankful that My Girl is helping pave the way!
